Transas equipment at Farnborough' 2002.

At Farnborough' 2002 International Air Show from 22 to 28 July, "TRANSAS" products for civil aviation will be exhibited at the stand of the company distributor Transas Aviation Ltd.

Brought to the notice of the stand visitors will be the following latest developments by "TRANSAS":

  • Transas Map Generator - TMG-17. The system combines capabilities to display cartographic and aeronautical information on the screen and to store databases required for executing a flight;
  • Transas Terrain Awareness - TTA-124. TTA-124 system is intended for TAWS functions and meets the requirements for TAWS systems, class A.

The following products will be exhibited at the stand:

  • Advanced Moving Map System (AMMS) which holds a Compliance Certificate from the IAC Aviation Register;
  • TNC-1G Flight Management System;
  • TDS-56, TDS–10L, TDS–10P Airborne Multi-Functional Display.

Also demonstrated at the stand will be a visual system developed in compliance with requirements for visual systems of Level D full flight simulators.

The software tools enable automatic generation of landscape on the basis of a topographic map, and on-screen display of any geographic area of the world.

At the Exhibition, the company will present a new version of TREND Master software used by "TRANSAS" for the preparation of aeronautical databases.

All the company products are provided with service support: aeronautical and topographic databases.
